This is an Occupational First Aid Level 1 (OFA1) equivalent course as recognized by WorkSafeBC, now known as the "Basic First Aid" requirement.
Prerequisite for Recertification: Valid and non-expired certificate of the same title
Must be issued by an approved provider: Canadian Red Cross, Life Saving Society, Heart & Stroke, St. John's Ambulance or Canadian Ski Patrol

This course is ideal for individuals with busy schedules, allowing students to complete the theoretical portion online at their own pace using the Canadian Red Cross platform, followed by hands-on classroom training in Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, or Surrey.
Courses are suitable for those looking for training for the workplace or for their own general interest.
Requirements for completion:
- Skills demonstration
- 100% attendance
- Grade of 75% on written test
Upon completing the course successfully, participants will receive:
- 3 Year Certification in Emergency First Aid CPR/AED Level C Recertification
