Trouble Accessing Your Online Course?
Common issues we have seen include messages such as "Error ID", "Unauthorized Access", "Account Not Found" and "Medical Terminology". If you are experiencing such an issue, Red Cross advises that you try the following:
1. Use a private or incognito window to log in 2. Use a different browser to login
If this does not work for you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a new registration link to be emailed to you. Please open your email in an incognito window (this is extremely important or it may not work). Then sign into your Red Cross account using the new link (in the incognito window) and go to "My Profile -> My Online Courses" to activate your course. If you get to this stage and none of the above works, you will have to contact Red Cross to reset your account. Please send a screenshot of your account issue to email@example.com and note that the steps above did not work.
You can also call Red Cross directly at 1-877-356-3226. Their business hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
